not my torrent but I hav the original and it works exactly like this one!!
follow instructions in the torrent
for those lazy people dont download the 2 mb instructions they are here because i had extra time to add them for ur sakes :)
1. Open your normal steam to save login credentials (if you do not have a steam account of the regular steam application, make an account, download, log in)
2. Close normal steam
3. Open Cracked Steam from Applications folder
4. Run in offline mode
5. Open Portal 2 app from Applications folder
6. Portal it up!

How to play Co-op in a LAN
Start Portal on both computers in offline mode. Same Account can be used.
Go into the options and enable the developer console. If you are on a non-us-keyboard go into the key-bindings and change the console-key to something working like F11.
How to play coop:
enable console (add -console parameter)
connect to the other person BEFORE he hosts (connect ip)
while you are trying to connect, tell the other person to host the game (if you host first and connect afterwards it will just say partner not found)
Drawback: you have to change the maps manually after each chapter is completed. And your custom gestures are not saved. But otherwise everything works fine.
